Claude AI Training in DIFC for Corporates & Business Leaders
Your DIFC team has already tried Claude — now make it audit-ready. We run hands-on Claude workshops for the banks, asset managers, law firms and fintechs inside the Gate district, on your real credit files, IC memos and contracts.
- Built on your own documents, not generic samples
- Every module ends with something built in the room
- Data, verification and approval rules taught explicitly
Talk to us about your team
Tell us who is in the room and what you want them to stop doing manually. We reply within one working day.
- Reply within 1 working day
- No sales sequence, no list
- Onsite across Dubai or live-online
The mandate arrived before the method did
DIFC operates under the DFSA and its own data-protection law, where a hallucinated citation or a leaked file is a serious problem. Claude’s long context, careful reasoning and habit of not bluffing make it the model finance teams trust for diligence, memo drafting and contract review — done on your own documents, with the auditability compliance expects.
A national strategy, a quarterly target
AI capability is written into national competitiveness goals and, downstream, into departmental KPIs. Leaders report AI progress long before anyone defines what good looks like inside their own function.
Ten people, ten different methods
Individuals get good results alone. But with no shared prompt library, no team Project and no agreed data rule, quality is random — and when the person who figured it out leaves, nothing survives.
Hours saved that nobody can find
Time genuinely is being saved. It never lands anywhere measurable because the workflow was never written down, owned or reviewed. The pilot ends and the organisation is where it started.
What teams actually bring into the room
Not slide-deck use cases. These are the tasks people name when we ask what ate their week.
- Real estate — comparing lease and sale terms across a dozen property documents before a client call
- Finance — turning a 120-page report into a one-page decision note a CFO will read
- Legal & tender — pulling eligibility, scope and risk clauses out of a long RFP before the deadline
- Operations — rewriting tribal knowledge into SOPs a new joiner can follow
- Marketing — producing on-brand campaign variants without the tone drifting
- HR — screening JD-to-CV fit and drafting structured interview guides at volume
- Customer experience — clustering months of feedback into themes, not anecdotes
- Engineering — understanding an unfamiliar codebase and generating the missing tests
We don’t teach the tool. We install a way of working.
Every session is a build session, not a lecture. Participants work on their own live files and leave holding assets, not notes.
Discovery first
A short call before the session picks the exact workflows for the day, so the room runs on your documents rather than samples.
Build in the room
Each module ends with something built — a prompt that ships, a Project loaded with your files, a working app. No two-hour demos.
Guardrails, explicitly
Data boundaries, verification habits, approval and escalation rules — taught as a module, not assumed as common sense.
A plan that outlives us
Named owners, the tasks you stop doing manually, one success measure, and a review point four to six weeks out.
Two core programmes. Pick by who is in the room.
Both run on your organisation’s real material. The difference is depth and audience, not the quality of attention.

Practitioners, not presenters
Trainers who use Claude daily on real client delivery — engineering, analysis and content — run the room.
Regulated-sector aware
Where finance, legal or government work is involved, the data and review controls tighten accordingly.
Anthropic Claude Certified
Led by a certified Claude trainer and creator of the TAGS_C prompting framework, not a generalist AI speaker.
The parts that decide whether any of it sticks
Claude is one component. Teams that adopt it well also get these right — so we cover them.
Prompt & context engineering
Portable skills that carry to any model your organisation standardises on later.
Data & privacy hygiene
What may be uploaded, what needs redaction, what requires legal sign-off first.
The surrounding stack
Where Claude sits next to your CRM, ERP and existing automation — and where it should not.
Change management
Rolling a new workflow out to the colleagues who never attended the workshop.
Verification habits
Catching confident errors before they reach a board pack or a client.
Model economics
Choosing between Haiku, Sonnet and Opus by task — and why the biggest is often wrong.
Measurement
Instrumenting hours released and cycle time so adoption survives budget season.
Champions & momentum
Build challenges and internal champions that keep the habit alive after we leave.
What your team actually learns, module by module
This is the same outline structure we send clients before a programme. Modules are adjusted on the discovery call to match your functions and your documents.
Enterprise-wide programme · One day · All corporate functions
Session objective. To enable employees across every function to use Claude confidently and safely. They learn prompting first, then apply Projects, Artifacts, Cowork and always-on routines to automate the repetitive work in their week.
Learning outcomes
- Prompt with a repeatable framework and get usable output, not generic AI text.
- Build a second brain in Claude Projects holding their team’s SOPs and templates.
- Create working apps with Claude Artifacts, without writing code.
- Delegate complete tasks to an AI coworker in Claude Cowork on their own files.
- Run always-on routines inside enterprise guardrails.
MODULE 1Foundations and Prompting
- What a large language model does, and what it cannot do
- The Claude ecosystem: Chat, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Connectors, Cowork
- The TAGS_C framework: Task, Audience, Goal, Style, Context
- Working with PDFs, policies, spreadsheets and long email threads
- Accuracy habits: verification, source checks, catching confident errors
Hands-on activity
Take your most repetitive weekly task. Rebuild it as a prompt and refine it until the output is ready to send.
MODULE 2Building Your Second Brain with Claude Projects
- Why one good Project beats a hundred one-off chats
- Loading SOPs, formats, templates, client and product history
- Custom instructions and tone control for consistent output
- Skills: packaging a repeated task into a reusable asset
- Sharing Projects so a department works from one brain
Hands-on activity
Build a Project for your role. Load five real reference files and generate two live outputs.
MODULE 3Making Quick Productivity Apps with Claude Artifacts
- What Artifacts are: documents, tables, dashboards and small working apps
- Building calculators, trackers, checklists and scorecards in plain English
- Turning raw data into charts and one page summaries
- Changing, extending and sharing an app by conversation
- Where an Artifact replaces a fragile sheet or a queued IT request
Hands-on activity
Build one working app for your function. Demonstrate it to your group.
MODULE 4Building AI Coworkers with Claude Cowork
- The shift from asking questions to handing over the job
- Giving Claude access to folders and files, and what stays out of bounds
- Connectors: mail, calendar, drive and business systems in one flow
- Writing a brief an AI coworker can execute, with checkpoints
- Examples: report packs, data clean-up, deck building, mailbox triage
Hands-on activity
Delegate one real end-to-end task to Cowork. Review the output, then rewrite the brief to fix what fell short.
MODULE 5Always-On Systems and Governance
- Scheduled routines: daily briefings, weekly reports, follow-up trackers
- Designing a trigger, action and output routine for your own work
- Function playbooks across sales, marketing, HR, finance and operations
- Guardrails: confidentiality, data handling, approvals and audit trails
- Building a personal thirty day automation plan
Hands-on activity
Design and run one always-on routine. Leave with a thirty day plan listing five tasks you will stop doing manually.
What participants walk away with
- A prompt library for their own role
- A live Claude Project for their team
- A working app they built themselves
- One task delegated end to end to an AI coworker
- One routine running on schedule, and a thirty day automation plan
Technical programme · Two days · Developers & product teams
Session objective. Move engineering teams from AI features inside apps to autonomous agentic systems — with the design discipline, project memory and cost control that make them safe to run in production.
Learning outcomes
- Differentiate Haiku, Sonnet and Opus and pick the right model for a given task.
- Apply spec-driven design — plan first, build second — instead of vibe coding.
- Make CLAUDE.md the single source of project truth across a team.
- Build a working agent with tools, then split it into sub-agents with clean handoffs.
- Apply token optimization — prompt caching, model routing, batch API, Skills.
MODULE 1How Generative AI Really Works
- The prediction machine — tokens, the next-token loop, why outputs are probabilistic
- Inside the model — embeddings and attention without the math, visualised
- Context windows — what fits, what gets lost, why size matters
- The three ages of AI — prompt engineering, RAG, agentic
- Strengths and failure modes — hallucination, stale knowledge, brittle math
Hands-on activity
Tokenizer playground and failure hunt. Tokenize five samples, compute cost across Haiku, Sonnet and Opus, then run five prompts chosen to break the model and classify each outcome.
MODULE 2The Claude Ecosystem — Models & Products Deep Dive
- The four superpowers — long context, instruction following, agentic design, enterprise safety
- Claude AI deep dive — Artifacts, Projects, Files, Memory, Styles, Search
- Claude Code and Claude Cowork — who each is for and where they fit
- Skills, Connectors and Plugins at a glance
- The decision tree — given a task, which product and which model
Hands-on activity
Set up a Project for the build app, produce one Artifact and one structured output, then run a card drill: twelve business scenarios, pick the right product and model, justify in one line.
MODULE 3Design Discipline — Plan First, Build Second
- The four eras — traditional, prompt engineering, spec-driven, spec IS the project
- Why vibe coding fails — AI invents architecture you never approved
- Architecture-first thinking — problem statement, domain model, folder layout
- Plan mode vs act mode — what each does and when to switch
- When to break the rule — spikes, prototypes and throwaway code
Hands-on activity
In pairs, write a one-page problem statement, sketch the domain model, propose a folder layout, pitch it to another pair, revise, and commit it as DESIGN.md — no code yet.
MODULE 4Claude Code and CLAUDE.md — Your Project’s Brain
- Setup and first commands — install, auth, project memory, permissions, slash commands
- The build rhythm — prompt, plan, review, act, test, repeat
- Anatomy of a great CLAUDE.md — context, stack, conventions, commands, gotchas
- Writing for Claude, not for humans — what to spell out, where examples go
- The four anti-patterns — dumping ground, stale spec, wall of rules, vague vibe
Hands-on activity
Write a production-grade CLAUDE.md with six sections and three project-specific gotchas. Swap files with a peer; each adds a feature using only the other’s file.
MODULE 5Skills, RAG & Vector Databases
- Progressive disclosure — metadata scan, full load, supporting files
- SKILL.md anatomy and the description field as the trigger engine
- The RAG mental model — retrieve, augment, generate
- Chunking strategies, embeddings, and choosing a vector store
- RAG vs alternatives — when long context wins, when SQL wins, when fine-tuning wins
Hands-on activity
Ship a custom Skill for a repeatable team task, then build a RAG layer over your own data and compare it against keyword search on five queries.
MODULE 6Agents, Sub-Agents & Token Economics
- Workflow vs agent — the crisp definition, and why most “agents” are workflows
- Core patterns — tool-use loop, ReAct, planner-executor, orchestrator-worker
- Tool use anatomy — JSON schemas, parallel calls, error handling and retries
- Sub-agents — own context, own prompt, own tools, own model
- Token optimization — prompt caching, model routing, batch API, Skills as token-savers
Hands-on activity
Build an agent that plans a day from live task data and an external API, then refactor into an orchestrator with writer and researcher sub-agents. Compare token usage before and after.
What participants walk away with
- A production-grade CLAUDE.md for a real repository
- A custom Skill installed and validated across projects
- A working RAG layer over their own data
- An agent with sub-agents, and the token numbers to justify it
- An end-to-end capstone application demonstrated to the group

Before you book
Is Claude AI training available onsite in Dubai?
Yes. We run corporate and private sessions onsite across Dubai — Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, JLT, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Deira and the Jebel Ali free zone — subject to dates, venue and group size. Live virtual delivery is available for teams spread across the UAE and the wider GCC.
Which Dubai locations do you cover?
All of them. Most sessions run at the client’s own office. We regularly deliver in Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JLT, Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai South and JAFZA. If your office is elsewhere in the emirate, we come to you.
Is it suitable for non-technical professionals?
Yes. The Business & Productivity programme requires no coding at all. The Developer track is added only when there are engineers or product teams in the room who need that depth.
Can the programme be customised for our industry?
Every strong programme is. A discovery call before the session selects the exact workflows, and the exercises then run on your approved documents rather than generic samples.
Does it cover Claude Projects, Artifacts and Cowork?
Yes — these are the core of the business programme. Participants build a live Project, ship a working Artifact, delegate a real task to Cowork, and schedule one always-on routine during the session itself.
What about Claude Code, the API and agents?
Covered in the Developer track, scaled to your team’s existing engineering maturity — from plan-mode discipline and CLAUDE.md through to Skills, RAG, sub-agents and token economics.
How is data privacy handled during training?
Participants use approved or sample data and follow your organisation’s policies. The programme includes explicit guidance on confidential information, access, fact-checking, human review and escalation. Where required we run sessions under a strict rule, such as no financial data in any exercise.
How long is the programme?
From a half-day executive briefing to a two-to-four-day role-based corporate programme. Duration depends on audience size, role mix, the outputs you want and how much implementation practice is required.
What should our team prepare beforehand?
Identify two or three recurring tasks, bring approved sample documents, nominate decision-makers, and define what a successful outcome looks like. Sensitive data should not be used unless explicitly approved through your governance process.
What do you need from us on the day?
A room with a projector or large screen, power and reliable internet; each participant on their own laptop with a Claude account created beforehand; and confirmation of which documents may be used live.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant who completes the programme receives a verifiable certificate of completion.
How do we book?
Share your team size, roles, preferred dates, delivery format and the workflows you want to improve using the form on this page. We’ll recommend a structure on a fifteen-minute call and hold the date from there.
