The Geneva brief

A city that writes for the whole world, in two languages, under deadline

Geneva writes more consequential documents per capita than almost any city alive. Trade confirmations that move cargoes. Wealth reports read by three generations of one family. UN briefings that end up quoted in parliaments. The city runs on paper, and the paper runs in French and English at once.

That is the actual problem Claude solves here, and it is not the one most AI vendors pitch. Nobody in the Quartier des Banques needs a chatbot. What a private banker needs is a portfolio letter drafted in English and rendered into French that reads like it was written in French. What a trading desk on the lake needs is a counterparty contract and a sanctions update distilled into one page before the morning call. What a programme officer in the Nations district needs is a 90-page field report turned into a two-page brief that survives review by four nationalities.

We train exactly that. Sessions run at your office, in French, English or both, under NDA. Bankers work on portfolio commentary and fund documentation. Trading teams work on charter parties, letter-of-credit terms and compliance notes. NGO and agency staff work on report drafting and research synthesis. Watchmaking and pharma teams get their own tracks. Everyone leaves with prompts tested on their own material.

Hitesh Motwani has trained over 200,000 professionals in 16 countries, rated 4.8 out of 5. Geneva sessions are deliberately practical. Less about what AI might become. More about what your team ships this Friday.

In practice

The work this training is built around

Six tasks come up in nearly every Geneva scoping call. If yours is not here, we build it in.

Private-bank memos and letters

Draft portfolio commentary and client letters in English, then produce a French version that reads native. Review time drops, tone survives.

Commodity-trade documentation

Charter parties, letter-of-credit terms and offtake contracts summarised into the clauses that matter, with counterparty flags pulled out for the desk.

UN and NGO reporting

Turn field data and interview notes into donor reports and briefing papers in French and English, formatted to the house style your reviewers expect.

Watchmaking and luxury marketing

Heritage copy, product texts and distributor communications for the maisons, drafted with the restraint the category demands.

Regulatory and sanctions notes

Distil FINMA guidance and sanctions updates into one-page desk notes your compliance officer will actually approve.

Contract review support

Obligation extraction and clause comparison across cross-border agreements, with page references so lawyers verify instead of re-reading.

Cross-border obligation extraction and AML-aware summaries, structured so review time goes to judgement, not reading.

Pharma & Life Sciences

Clinical and regulatory documentation summarised and structured for teams along the Lake Geneva corridor.

Language quality

French that reads like French, not like a translation

Machine translation got good years ago. That is not the bar in Geneva. The bar is a client letter, a donor report or a press note that a native reader accepts without noticing anything. Getting there with Claude takes technique: drafting language, glossaries, tone anchors, and knowing when to write French-first instead of translating at the end.

We spend real session time on this because it is where Geneva teams win or lose. Participants test outputs against their own past documents and build a reusable style prompt for their desk before the day ends.

Working across institutions

Banks and NGOs do not learn the same way

A trading desk wants speed and will forgive rough edges in a draft. A UN agency wants defensible sourcing and will not. We scope this before the session, not during it, so exercises, examples and data-handling rules match your institution rather than a generic corporate template. The prompt libraries participants take home are different for each, and that is the point.

Why us in Geneva

The Claude AI trainers local teams trust

Why Geneva institutions book this rather than a generic vendor course.

200,000+ trained, 16+ countries

Hitesh Motwani's sessions hold a 4.8 out of 5 rating across banking, corporate and institutional teams.

Genuinely bilingual

Exercises and materials run in French and English, and output quality in both languages is treated as the core skill, not an afterthought.

Scoped to your institution

A bank, a trading house and a UN agency get three different sessions. Scoping happens before the day, on a call, under NDA.

FAQ

Claude AI training in Geneva - questions

No. Sessions use enterprise-grade access where your inputs are not used for model training, and we teach the same data-handling setup for your own rollout. For scoping we work under NDA, and we prefer redacted documents anyway.
Yes. Slides and prompt libraries are available in French and English, and exercises can run in either. Many Geneva teams run the morning in English and the afternoon drafting in French, on purpose.
It can, but we usually advise against it. The workflows, risk rules and examples differ too much. Two shorter role-specific sessions almost always land better than one long mixed one.
Live-online sessions are anchored on Geneva time with a window that catches East Africa and Asia in one sitting, usually late morning CET. Recordings are optional and off by default.
Both — we deliver on-site in Geneva and live-online in your timezone, whichever suits your team.
Tell us your team, tools and goals via the form or book a 30-minute call. We send a fixed proposal, usually within one business day.
