Most executives meet generative AI through a vendor demo or a town-hall keynote. Neither shows a chairman how to read a 90-page board pack in twenty minutes, or helps a CEO pressure-test an acquisition thesis before the investment committee meets. Group workshops rarely help either: senior leaders will not ask basic questions in front of their direct reports, and they cannot bring confidential material into a shared room.
Private coaching solves both problems. Each session is one-to-one — or with a chief of staff present — and runs on the leader’s real work, under a non-disclosure agreement where required. We set up a personal AI workspace across the tools you are allowed to use (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini), agree with your IT or legal team what may and may not go into it, and then practise on live tasks: summarising board and committee packs, drafting shareholder letters in English and Arabic, preparing for media interviews, and stress-testing strategy with structured devil’s-advocate prompts.
The second outcome is leadership, not productivity. A CEO who uses AI daily asks better questions of the transformation team, spots inflated vendor claims and sets credible targets. Who coaches you
Every engagement is led personally by Hitesh Motwani, an Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer and author of Generative AI 360° (ZebraLearn, 2025), with 17+ years in the field and 200,000+ professionals trained across 16+ countries.
