Overview

A rollout plan that ends in daily use

We are an independent training and adoption provider, not an Anthropic partner or reseller. Your licence and contract sit directly with Anthropic. What we bring is the work around the licence: getting people using Claude well, safely and measurably.

Days 1–30: foundations

  • Agree an acceptable-use policy with legal, security and data protection, reflecting the DPDP Act in India or UAE and Saudi data protection laws for Gulf entities.
  • Support your IT team as they configure SSO and SCIM provisioning, role-based access and group spend limits.
  • Decide which connectors and plugins are allowed, for whom, and who approves new ones.
  • Pick three or four high-value workflows per function as pilots.

Days 31–60: enablement

Role-based training for finance, legal, HR, sales and operations, plus the launch of a champion network through our AI Champions Program. Champions build shared Skills and Projects for their teams and become the first line of support.

Days 61–90: measurement and scale

Using Enterprise usage analytics, and OpenTelemetry data where your IT team exports it, we track active users, depth of use and the pilots that delivered. Leaders receive a plain report: what worked, what stalled, and what to expand next.

For groups operating across India and the GCC, the plan accounts for different working weeks, Ramadan schedules and language needs, so adoption does not stall in one region while it grows in another.

In your workflow

What week six of a rollout looks like

A Mumbai-headquartered group with offices in Dubai is six weeks into its rollout. SSO and SCIM are live, and four pilot workflows are running in finance and procurement. Champions hold weekly clinics, usage analytics show which teams have gone quiet, and the steering group decides to approve a document-management connector for legal while holding back a CRM connector until data mapping is finished.

Use it for

Where rollout support helps most

Multi-entity groups

Coordinating rollout across Indian and GCC entities with different data rules, working weeks and language needs.

Regulated industries

Banks, insurers and healthcare providers needing tighter connector controls, audit trails and clear review steps.

Stalled deployments

Organisations with licences but low usage, where a targeted relaunch, champion network and training restart adoption.

Moving from pilots to scale

Turning a few enthusiastic users into function-wide adoption with shared Skills, Projects and agreed workflows.

Leadership reporting

Quarterly reviews that translate usage data into business outcomes leaders can weigh against licence spend.

Cowork and Claude Code together

Planning for business teams using Cowork alongside engineering teams on Claude Code, with appropriate controls for each.

Training

Engagement options

Hands-on, on your real work — never a generic demo.

Full 90-day rollout support

Planning, policy, enablement, champions and measurement, delivered alongside your IT and transformation teams.

Enablement-only

Role-based training and champion development where your IT team has already handled setup and governance.

Adoption health check

A short review of an existing deployment, with usage analysis and a prioritised plan to raise adoption.

FAQ

Claude Enterprise Rollout Consultant — questions

No. We provide independent training and rollout support. Licences, pricing, contracts and technical support for Claude Enterprise come from Anthropic directly. Our role is the adoption work around the licence: policy, enablement, champions and measurement, alongside your own IT and security teams.
Your IT team configures your identity provider and Claude’s admin console, because they hold the access. We help plan groups, roles and provisioning rules, and make sure access matches the adoption plan and data policy. That keeps control of identity systems inside your organisation.
We combine Claude Enterprise usage analytics with simple business measures agreed upfront, such as time spent on a close task or turnaround on contract reviews. Active users alone can mislead, so we look at depth of use per function and whether pilot workflows have become routine.
The core plan runs for about 90 days, with foundations in the first month, enablement in the second and measurement in the third. Large groups often run it in waves by function or region. Timelines also flex around year-end closes, Ramadan and major holidays.
Champions are volunteers from each function who receive deeper training, build shared Skills and Projects, and support colleagues. Our AI Champions Program provides the structure. A network of roughly one champion per team of fifteen to twenty people tends to keep adoption going after formal training ends.
