Claude for the people who sign off, not just the people who draft
In most organisations Claude arrives bottom-up: analysts and managers adopt it first, while the directors who approve their work never touch it. That gap matters. A board that has not used Claude cannot judge how much to trust an AI-assisted credit memo, cannot set sensible usage policy, and cannot tell a real productivity gain from a slide.
Our private Claude programme closes the gap at the top. Sessions run for one leader, or for a closed group of up to eight peers — a chairman’s office, an investment committee, the members of a family business council or a divisional leadership team. Nothing is shared with the wider organisation, and exercises use your real material only where your legal team has approved it; otherwise we work on redacted packs prepared for the purpose.
The content is specific to Claude.
