Indonesia's AI talent push and what it means for ChatGPT skills

Indonesia has had a national AI strategy, Stranas KA, since 2020, with horizons running to 2045. In August 2025 the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs added a National AI Roadmap white paper that sets ambitious talent targets, including 20 million AI-literate citizens by 2029.
