Top 10 Microsoft Copilot Trainers in Japan (2026)
If your Japanese teams need Copilot output that reads well and respects APPI, contact us and we will plan sessions around your own documents. Updated October 2026.
Japan's Microsoft Copilot trainers, ranked: our lead trainer Hitesh Motwani comes first, with Trainocate Japan, Insource and Kikagaku also making the list. The guide is aimed at Tokyo and Osaka companies, and the Japan offices of global groups, that want staff to write in natural business Japanese with Copilot and to use it within APPI expectations.
The list at a glance
- Hitesh Motwani: company teams and leaders
- Trainocate Japan: Official Microsoft Copilot courses
- Insource: Half-day Copilot workshops for staff
- Skillup AI (Beyont): Copilot rollout plus training
- AVILEN: Company-wide Copilot e-learning
- NobleProg Japan: Role-based Copilot courses
- Microsoft Learn (Japanese): Free self-paced Copilot basics
- Aidemy Business (part of Accenture): Workforce-wide AI upskilling
- Kikagaku: In-house AI capability
- SHIFT AI: Business-user AI tools
How this list was made
We started from language quality, since Japanese business writing depends on register and politeness levels that a generic course can miss. After that we scored official Microsoft alignment, e-learning reach for large workforces, in-house capability building and how well each provider reflects the AI Promotion Act and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Disclosure: our lead trainer is listed first; every other entry links to its own website.

Checklist: picking a Microsoft Copilot trainer in Japan
- Do exercises test business Japanese tone and keigo?
- Can bilingual templates be built for global teams?

- Will the provider help write internal usage rules?
- Which Copilot usage reports will show progress to the ringi approvers?
Business Japanese, the AI Promotion Act and Copilot skills
Japan's approach to AI regulation is promotional. The AI Promotion Act, passed by the Diet on 28 May 2025 with most provisions in effect from 4 June 2025, set up a Cabinet AI Strategy Headquarters under the Prime Minister and asks businesses to adopt AI responsibly rather than banning specific uses. Microsoft has backed that direction with a US$2.9 billion pledge for AI and cloud infrastructure in Japan and a commitment to train more than 3 million workers over three years.
Japanese employers can choose from deep local supply. Trainocate Japan runs official Microsoft Copilot courses, Insource offers half-day staff workshops, and Skillup AI (Beyont) combines rollout with training. AVILEN and Aidemy Business, part of Accenture, scale e-learning across large workforces, while Kikagaku and SHIFT AI build in-house and business-user capability. Microsoft Learn in Japanese covers the free basics, which makes it a sensible pre-read before any live workshop.
