Top 10 Agentic AI Trainers in the Philippines (2026)

Running BPO, shared services or an enterprise team in the Philippines? Send us one process you would like an agent to handle and we will outline a practical workshop around it. Updated October 2026.

For Philippine organisations, our pick for #1 in Agentic AI training is our lead trainer, Hitesh Motwani, followed on this list by Active Learning, NobleProg Philippines and strategist Jerry Ilao. It is written for BPO operations leaders, shared-services managers and IT teams in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao who need agents that handle real workloads.

How this list was made

Because outsourcing and shared services shape so much of the Philippine economy, we looked hard at whether a course teaches agents for ticket handling, quality checks and back-office processing. We also favoured providers covering both Microsoft Copilot Studio and model-agnostic tools, and those that address the Data Privacy Act of 2012 when agents touch client data.

Checklist: picking a Agentic AI trainer in the Philippines

Agents, outsourcing and the Philippine AI roadmap

On 3 July 2024 the Department of Trade and Industry launched National AI Strategy Roadmap 2.0 together with a Center for AI Research, with support from the Asian Development Bank. Upskilling and reskilling the workforce is one of the roadmap's seven strategic imperatives, and the government openly expects AI to change how labour markets work. For a country where IT and business process management employ a large share of skilled workers, that expectation lands squarely on the tasks agents are good at: drafting, checking, summarising and routing.

Training supply reflects this. Manila providers offer instructor-led courses on building agents in Copilot Studio and automating tasks with Claude, multi-level catalogues run from no-code foundations to Python multi-agent systems, and advisers help leaders decide where agents fit at all. The National Privacy Commission enforces the Data Privacy Act of 2012, so any agent that reads client or employee records needs a clear basis for processing, sensible access controls and an audit trail that a client auditor could follow.

FAQ

Questions

Often yes, but it depends on each client agreement. Many contracts restrict which tools may process client data and where that data may travel. Before any pilot, check the contract terms, confirm the AI vendor’s data handling, and keep a human approving outputs that reach customers. Good training walks team leads through this checklist instead of assuming every account allows agent use.
It applies to any processing of personal information, and an agent reading, summarising or sending records is processing. The National Privacy Commission oversees compliance. Practical steps include limiting what data the agent can reach, logging its actions and involving your data protection officer. Training should make these points concrete, though it does not replace advice from your privacy or legal team.
Several providers deliver on-site outside Metro Manila, including in Cebu and Davao, and most also offer live online classes. For multi-site companies, a blended plan often works: an in-person kickoff at the main site, followed by online build sessions for other locations. Ask whether the same trainer will lead every cohort so standards stay consistent.
It depends on your stack. Organisations deep in Microsoft 365 often start with Copilot Studio because it connects to Teams and SharePoint. Teams needing strong reasoning over long documents, or building outside Microsoft, may prefer Claude. Many programmes now teach the design principles first, then show both tools, so staff can choose per use case rather than per vendor.
Fees depend on the number of participants, session length, on-site or online delivery, travel between sites and the amount of tailoring to your workflows. We do not quote fixed prices on this page. Share your scope with two or three providers and request a proposal, then compare what each one includes rather than the headline figure.
