Thailand's agent training market under the national AI plan
The Thai cabinet approved the National AI Strategy and Action Plan on 26 July 2022, covering 2022 to 2027 through five strategies and fifteen implementation plans. One headline aim is to develop more than 30,000 AI talents within six years. That target has encouraged a lively local market for applied courses, and agent building is now one of its fastest-moving corners, because companies want staff who can automate whole tasks rather than write better prompts.
Bangkok providers now teach agents with n8n, Copilot Studio, retrieval-based knowledge assistants and MCP integrations, often in Thai, while developer schools focus on agents inside DevOps pipelines. LINE is central to customer contact in Thailand, so many exercises connect agents to LINE chats. Since June 2022 the PDPA (B.E. 2562) has been fully enforced, which means any agent touching customer messages or records should be designed with consent, purpose limits and access controls in mind.
